Dans le cadre de la Semaine du bien-\u00eatre, FDG \u2013 Fia\u00e7\u00e3o da Gra\u00e7a, S.A. a organis\u00e9 une s\u00e9ance de gymnastique sur le lieu de travail, dans le cadre de ses initiatives visant \u00e0 promouvoir la sant\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’objectif principal de cette activit\u00e9 \u00e9tait d’encourager l’adoption de saines habitudes de vie, de contribuer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des troubles musculo-squelettiques et de souligner l’importance du bien-\u00eatre physique et mental dans le contexte professionnel. La s\u00e9ance, \u00e0 laquelle ont particip\u00e9 les travailleurs, leur a offert un moment de d\u00e9tente active et les a sensibilis\u00e9s \u00e0 la pratique d’exercices adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leur quotidien professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FDG reconna\u00eet que le bien-\u00eatre de ses employ\u00e9s est essentiel \u00e0 un environnement de travail plus s\u00fbr, plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et plus productif. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, l’entreprise continuera de d\u00e9velopper des initiatives favorisant la sant\u00e9 au travail et le bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ses valeurs et \u00e0 sa politique de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Semaine du bien-\u00eatre a ainsi renforc\u00e9 l’engagement continu de FDG \u2013 Fia\u00e7\u00e3o da Gra\u00e7a, S.A. envers ses employ\u00e9s, les pla\u00e7ant au centre de sa strat\u00e9gie organisationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n
