As part of Wellness Week, FDG \u2013 Fia\u00e7\u00e3o da Gra\u00e7a, S.A. promoted a workplace gymnastics session, as part of its initiatives to promote health, safety and quality of life at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity’s main objective was to encourage the adoption of healthy habits, contribute to the prevention of musculoskeletal injuries, and reinforce the importance of physical and mental well-being in the professional context. The session included the participation of workers, providing a moment of active rest and raising awareness of the practice of exercises appropriate to daily work life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FDG recognizes that the well-being of its employees is an essential factor for a safer, more balanced and productive work environment. In this regard, the company will continue to develop initiatives that promote occupational health and overall well-being, in line with its values \u200b\u200band its social responsibility policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
